Me and my husband absolutely love this villa it is a home away from home for us. It has plenty of room which is good for when Stuart's son comes to stop with us because he needs his space from us old fogies lol. It's only a short drive to Publix or Walmart which is good because it means I can get my gallons of wine easily.....I love the vino. I can't wait to come again this year and next year. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed for 2 weeks at the end of May and the villa was superb. The location was great –we’ve stopped in Hampton Lakes previously. Although there was only 3 of us, when we had friends over who were stopping close by, we were never on top of each other. It could easily cope with 3 or 4 families no problem.
The standard of the accommodation was 1st class and modern – not like other villas I’ve seen which are a bit dated! Everything was clean and well maintained and everything we needed was provided. The bedrooms were spacious and all had cable TV and/or dvd players – although we hardly used them.
The pool area is fantastic. The pool itself is brilliant (and surprisingly warm) and the safety screen around it meant I was not concerned about my son and his friends playing out there and not falling in. The villas large patio area has plenty of loungers but also an outside dining area (under cover and perfect for watching the lightening) which we used most nights – was a lovely place to chill out after a busy day.
Inside, the living areas were huge. 2 separate sitting areas with leather sofas. One area has a large screen HD TV with HD cable TV, dvd player and a PS2. There was also a selection of games and dvds.
The kitchen was great – we ate in quite a few times.
The games room (garage) was great too – the pool table especially got well used.
We’ll be back!

Thankyou for the use of your lovely villa. We found it so spacious with everything you could possibly need (we are used to staying in mobile home in France!!)what luxury. Our 12 year old daughter loved the pool, and 12 year old son was glued to the tennis channel on the TV (which is something we can't get at home).
A great, peaceful location with fantastic views, Especially the hot air balloons in the mornings.
Ideally situated for all the theme parks too.
We will definately book it again if we return to Orlando.

Went for honeymoon 2years ago then again last October, loved every minute of it.
It is spotless and a beautiful villa.It is quite central as far as disney is concerned.
No need to go out every day as it is really peaceful and you can relax by the pool.
Recomend it for couples and families alike as everything is there.

What can I say - absolutely amazing villa. Stunning location and so peaceful but only about 15 minutes away from all Disney attractions. The villa is huge and would definately recommend it to anyone. The pool area was a definate plus took me ages to get the kids out of the pool. We had loads of bbq's with "George" and lots of noise and laughter in the games room. Cannot wait to book for next year. Thank you Jim and Evelyn for letting us share your home.

Hi Jim & Evelyn thanks very much for letting us have your villa in October we had a fantastic time, it was a true home from home, It was ideally located for golf with several championship courses all within a 15 minute drive we played, Highland Reserve, Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lake and Legends. It is ideally located for the theme parks and we sat of an evening watching the fireworks at disney we couldn't have asked for a better location. The Kids really enjoyed the pool it was had getting them to come out of it to have lunch they were in it from morning until night. We had family over from Canada who couldn't believe the size of it and they have gone back to Canada recommending it to their Friends. We have also recommended it to friends and colleagues and we will definitely be booking it again. Once again thanks a million for letting us stay in your "home in the sun" Regards Margaret

We were all at the villa in June into July.
The villa was great for us and the 3 teenage boys.
The pool and games room were fantastic and well used.
The vill is in an excellent location, Its great to sit at the pool and watch the hot air ballons glide from the sky and land in the large field a the rear of the villa next to the orange groves.

Publix is only 5 mins away and some good eating places next to it.

We flew into Tampa Airport and it only took us about 1hr 20 mins to get to the villa that was including picking the car hire up.

Villa big enough for us all and the George Foreman grill was well used.

Will be using the Villa again,

Just returned from 2 weeks at the villa in July, the villa is beautiful and very spacious, the kids loved the pool and couldnt wait to jump in after the parks. Great coming home with no washing as the machine and tumble dryer never off when we came in at night. kids loved the games room also, Hampton Lakes was a lovely estate and very safe . the parks were a short and easy drive away , once you get used to the roads. There is a large supermarket about 5 miutes drive away.

Awesome time...and awesome villa. Being able to see the fireworks from the Pool was a treat, all very close to Disney and Universal...facilities inside were fantastic...George Foreman was great as was all pool toys and buggies which could be used....next time there will be no need for me to take quite so much luggage...which means I can bring more back. Highly recommended and have no doubt we will be going back!!

Went on holiday to J'zs Villa over christmas and new year. Actually went on 16th Dec to 6th Jan.Had a fantastic time. Villa is absolutely lovely.. Is a lot biggar than the pictures on the website. Very modern and great interior decor. 1st time have ever been to America but not 1st time in a villa but probably the best villa I have ever been in. Well looked after gardens and the pool was just to die for. The sunbeds are really comfortable (did compare them to the ones next door) and they absolutley amazing.The electric George formby barbecue grill was excellent. Very close to Disney and Universal. Loved Driving the roads once got used to them. Ate out a few times but not a lot. Enjoyed the Villa too much.(Walmart just up the road) Had Xmas and New year in Villa and in the pool. What a great time. Even saw the the fireworks everynight when sitting at pool from Epcot and Disney. Would recommend to go to this Villa to anybody - families,couples or groups. Definetley booking again, can't wait to go back. Home from home. Thanks for such a wonderful time... Ps the Instructions on how to get there were great and picking up the key at the house was a bonus saved us going to agent for key and just getting into villa. Well thought out..x

thanks for the villa we had a fantastic holiday there the house was great, the house was more than big enough for all seven of us. Little keiran especially enjoyed the pool and playing pool in the games room which is an added bonus.
The fireworks at disney from the pool area is an added bonus at night.
Would reccomend your villa to anyone that is looking for a good clean base to use for their holiday to Orlando especilly with Disney only a short hop away.

hey evelyn, now we're back in the land of the living, just wanted to thankyou for letting us use your fabulous villa- we were green with envy when we arrived. this was our 4th visit to orlando but the first time we've felt like we were in someones home and not just a rental villa. hope to be booking again sooner rather than later! thanx again

Plenty of space which was brilliant for us with a 17 and 7 year old to cater for!!! Had plenty of fun in pool and plenty of laughs in the games room. There's plenty of places to eat - Denny's for Breakfast, Cracker Barrel (Lovely home cooked food and friendly staff), Chinese to go was lovely as well. Easy to follow the US 27 and Interstate 4 to the attractions. It was nice to watch the nightly Disney firework display from the comfort of the sitting room.

evelyn what a fantastic villa so much luxury made us very sad to come home.We all had a great time in florida and when we come back your villa will definately be our base again. thank very much for sharing your american paradise with us.

We had a great time in Florida your Villa is amazing much nicer than the photo's on the website. We loved the pool especially to relax by after a busy day at the parks or a lazy morning, plenty of shops and eating places nearby and we spent quite a bit of time in the games room with a few beers of course!

Had a wonderful time at your villa which was lovely, very spacious and comfortable. The kids especially loved the pool and the games room.
The villa was as stated handy for all the major attractions and supermarkets etc. The location was also very peaceful and you can even see the firework display from Disney whilst sitting out at the pool area.
We have already recommended the villa to family and friends and hopefully in the future we may return ourselves.
